Calcium Chloride
Liquor 34-36 % is a versatile product. In
the food industry it is used as a processing aid, a
mineral balance in potable & beer brewing water (Burtonising),
& freezing aid in ice cream/ ice manufacturing. For
effluent treatment it is used as a precipitant for the
removal of fluorides, sulphates, & phosphates, as well
as an oil emulsion breaker. In construction, it is an
accelerator in the hardening of roof tiles. Available
in packaged or bulk form. Mey Chern is the sole manufacturer
in Malaysia.
