Silicone Emulsion (Brand name: Emulsure 35) is primarily used as a mould release agent in dry rubber processes. However, due to its low viscosity and high efficiency in dispersion, it is also used as an aid in rubber glove chlorination process to enhance the gloves to be evenly overall chlorinated. The concentration of the silicone emulsion, in general, is produced at 35%; however, the concentration can be manufactured according to customers' requirements.
