Calcium Nitrate Liquor 54- 56% is manufactured by neutralizing Nitric Acid with Calcium Carbonate. The mixture, when fully reacted and having reached a neutral stage, will start settling down naturally. The undissolved materials forming Calcium Nitrate Liquor sludge will settle to the bottom, leaving the clear and colourless product above the sludge. The product thus contains lesser impurities when compared to other byproducts.

During recession in mid 1985, there was surplus of a particular raw material, that had eventually led us to the development of Calcium Nitrate Liquor in the late 1980s. As such, we are the ever first and pioneer in the country to have ventured into manufacturing Calcium Nitrate Liquor. Over the past decades, many foreign and local owned gloves manufacturers have accepted and switched to using our product. We also export to neighbouring ASEAN countries. To date, we are very fortunate to have secured more than 25% shares of the local Calcium Nitrate market.

The advantages of using our Calcium Nitrate Liquor are :-

  • As it is specially manufactured and already in liquid form, it could be used without deploying normal resources on melting, filtering and necessary adjustments of the melted solution. Such costs are saved.
  • Because of its physical and chemical consistencies, diluting it to the required concentration for use is simply by adding water. Control over its use is simple.
  • The Calcium Nitrate Liquor is commonly stored in storage tanks and piped to various user points for use. Having torn/ slit open bags and spillages of dried material littering the floor will be eliminated, thus saving house keeping costs


The normal packings available are in carboys ( 35 kgs ), drums ( 300 kgs ) and IBCs (1.2 M Tons ). Also we have our own road tankers for bulk deliveries to customers.
